Route Information, History and Termini Gallery

A short and mostly insignificant highway in Meriwether County, GA 173 forms a 4.95 mile connector between GA 41 on the south end and GA 85 Alt on the north end. The southern end is on the western edge of Manchester and extends up to GA 85 Alt in the Raleigh community.


History

GA 173 was first established in the 1940's and paved around 1955. No changes have occured along the highway since that time.
