Extending 9.7 miles, GA 320 is located in Franklin and Stephens Counties. The Stephens County portion is less than 0.1 mile long at the north end. Mostly a winding farm highway, GA 320 has an interchange with I-85 and serves as an alternate to GA 106 between Carnesville and Toccoa.

History

GA 320 was first established in 1960 and fully paved upon commissioning.

Southern Terminus: GA 59 west of Carnesville

In all three photos is a local church with the pavilion in the first across from the church itself and the actual building in the second two. No reassurance shield was posted on northbound GA 320. Northern Terminus: GA 106 between Toccoa and Carnesville
Photos here include ends assembly, directional assembly on southbound GA 106, first reassurance shield and junction assembly, also on GA 106 southbound. GA 63 joins GA 106 shortly to the west of this intersection. All photos taken May 3, 2005.
